On September 17, 2026, Attorney Eric D. Correira will speak at an in person continuing legal education (CLE) seminar presented by the Rhode Island Bar Association entitled “Elder Law Planning Across Every Stage: Part 2 – Crisis Planning.” From the Rhode Island Bar Association website: “This program will provide a detailed review of crisis planning techniques to protect and preserve assets for single people and married couples, the application process for long-term care, and strategies for appeal hearings. While intended to be an intermediate level program, practitioners at all levels of experience can benefit from attending.”
The program is being held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., lunch will be served, and it is approved for two (2) hours of CLE Credit for Rhode Island.
