On November 7, 2025, Attorney Eric D. Correira will present at an all day, regional elder law program hosted by the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MANAELA). From the MANAELA website: “Do your clients own a vacation home in New Hampshire, Vermont, or on the Cape? Do they live on the border of Connecticut, Rhode Island, or Massachusetts? Join NAELA members from Massachusetts along with attorneys from Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, and New Hampshire for the 2nd Annual New England Regional Elder Law Program. Our presenters will discuss current issues in elder law in their respective states. Topics will include comparisons and contrasts in estate planning, estate taxes, probate and Medicaid among these New England states.”
The program is being presented in a hybrid format and is approved for six (6) hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit for Rhode Island.
