On June 13, 2019, Attorney Eric D. Correira joined with other New England estate planning attorneys to discuss cross-border estate planning, elder law, and asset protection for the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. The panel discussed the similarities and differences between the various New England states and Florida in the area of trusts and estates, with an eye toward planning for clients with property, family and other interests in two or more jurisdictions.
