On June 23, 2022, Attorney Eric D. Correira presented a comprehensive Medicaid Crisis Planning seminar to members of the Rhode Island Bar Association at the organization’s annual meeting in Providence, Rhode Island.

From the Rhode Island Bar Association: “This program will provide a detailed review of the Rhode Island Medicaid rules for long-term care, applicable federal law, last minute crisis planning techniques to protect and preserve assets, the Medicaid application process, and strategies for appeal hearings. While intended to be an intermediate level program, practitioners from all levels should benefit from attending.”
